A complete remodel of an existing 200,000 sq. ft., 25-story hotel and residential building. Martell Electric provided value engineering and design assistance to keep the project on budget.

New construction of a 145,145 sq. ft. service building and eight EV charging stations for AEP to use as offices, shops, storage, vehicle equipment parking and vehicle maintenance.

New construction of a 22-story, 300-room hotel including an attached 35,000 sq. ft. convention center and a 20,000 sq. ft. concourse connecting the new hotel with the existing pavilion and parking garage. Also, the construction of a 10,000 sq. ft. restaurant and a 12,000 sq. ft. porte-cochère, and reconstruction of the parking lot and main entry to the new hotel.
