Rusty Stone

Rusty has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. He began his career in North Texas working as an ironworker and moved into construction following a tornado that destroyed most of his hometown. Rusty then joined the electrical apprenticeship program and worked his way up the ranks to become a foreman. Following his time in the field, Rusty moved into the office as an estimator and then a project manager. He has led teams in offices across the county, most recently in Dallas/Ft. Worth and California. Rusty has experience working on projects for the Federal Government at multiple Army posts, OSHPD hospitals, infrastructure, distribution centers, as well as data centers. His communication skills have been utilized to provide training to the next generation of project leaders. As the COO of Martell Services Group, Rusty manages the daily business operations of the company, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support the day-to-day activity of employees.
