VDC/BIM
Martell Services Group companies have a state-of-the-art, in-house Virtual Design Construction (VDC) team capable of producing construction documents of any size or complexity. The VDC team uses Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Trimble Technology to ensure that projects are completed faster, smarter and more accurately while reducing the chance of coordination errors in the field.
Preconstruction
One of the most critical elements for a successful construction project is the selection of a great project team. Our experienced preconstruction teams provide value engineering and advise clients on alternate product selection to help keep their projects on budget without sacrificing quality. Our preconstruction teams also provide budgeting assistance to help ensure that your project stays on track and on budget.
Prefabrication
As part of the preconstruction phase, Martell Services Group’s teams identify specific opportunities for fabricating material off-site in one of our prefabrication facilities. Prefabrication increases productivity through the utilization of assemblies built off-site, which streamlines the on-site installation process. The result of our highly skilled prefabrication department is that our team spends less time at the jobsite without sacrificing quality. At the end of the day, prefabrication enhances safety, quality and productivity.
