Construction of electrical and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) communication upgrades including motor control center replacements, conduit, wiring and fiber upgrades, new transformers and switchgear, and new engine generators for back-up power.

Restoration and remodel of a 90,000 sq. ft. office building. Work consisted of reconfiguring the building for City of Mishawaka municipal offices, including City Hall, the Police Department and the Mishawaka Utilities business office.

New construction of a four-story, 200,000 sq. ft. research complex on the campus of the University of Notre Dame. Approximately 110,000 sq. ft. of the complex is office and laboratory space, leaving the remaining 90,000 sq. ft. of the building available for shared research core facilities.

New construction of a 79,550 sq. ft., four-story men’s residence hall on the University of Notre Dame campus. The new residence hall contains a mix of student room types including singles, doubles, quads and six-person rooms.

New construction of an ice skating rink and a 20,387 sq. ft. building for a café, skate rental, an event center and ice equipment storage. Other site work included site utilities, lighting/electrical, an audio system, a fog fountain and an outdoor stage.
